How do I enable prayer breaks on Android?
In Önce Dua, open Protected apps, read the Accessibility disclosure and grant permission if you choose. Select the apps to protect. A prayer break appears when a selected app opens; completing your prayer grants access for the duration you set. Remove protection in the app or withdraw Accessibility permission in Android Settings. All Android features are free.
How do I open my dua from a blocked app?
Open Prayer breaks and allow notifications. Tap the notification from a protected app to begin your dua. If it does not appear, use Open dua. On iOS 26.5 and later this button opens Önce Dua; on earlier versions it requests a local notification. Notification permission and Focus settings can affect visibility. You can also open Önce Dua yourself. The 60-minute access period begins after completing your dua.
How do I change the language?
Open Settings → App language and choose Turkish, English, Arabic, Indonesian or Malay.
The prayer times look different.
Istanbul is the default location. Check your location and calculation method on the home screen. Use my location requires iOS location permission. Calculation methods can differ; compare the results with your local official calendar.
My reminder is not appearing.
Check the daily reminder in the app and the permission under iOS Settings → Notifications → Önce Dua. Focus mode or quiet notification settings may affect how reminders appear.
How do I manage my Plus subscription?
Open iPhone/iPad Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions to manage or cancel Önce Dua. If purchased access is missing, use Restore purchases in the app with the same Apple account. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I remove Screen Time protection?
Remove protection in the Screen Time section of Önce Dua Settings. You can also withdraw the app’s Screen Time permission in iOS Settings.
How do I delete information on my device?
Use the data deletion option in the app’s Settings. This removes local information; it does not erase Apple or RevenueCat purchase records or cancel subscriptions. Email us for other data requests.
